Job summary

EY is seeking a Global Business Services Senior Manager to shape operating models across finance, HR, IT, procurement, and supply chain. You will lead engagements with multinational clients, drive transformation programs, and collaborate with C-suite stakeholders to deliver value.

You'll work across industries including consumer, manufacturing, technology, health, and life sciences, shaping go-to-market strategy, offerings, and capability development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with equivalent work experience in advisory services
• 8+ years of related advisory experience focused on finance function, operating models, and shared services
• Experience leading large-scale Finance Transformation and ERP implementations preferred
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage engagement economics and business development

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements with executive-level stakeholders and oversee sales and practice development
• Design and deliver GBS strategy, operating models, and cross-functional transformations
• Guide multi-process transformation programs integrating automation and analytics
• Embed AI, RPA, data platforms and intelligent workflows into GBS operations
• Mentor and coach teams and support recruitment and capability building
