Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 10+ years in HR, organization design/effectiveness, strategy, or transformation.
• Advanced degree in related fields with 7+ years of managerial experience.
• Nice to have certifications in organization design, change management, PM, Agile or Lean.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-scale transformation initiatives and governance.
• Design operating models, and build cross-functional interfaces.
• Partner with senior leaders to translate strategy into execution.
