Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an accomplished transformation leader to guide cross-functional programs from strategy through execution. You will engage senior leaders, drive solution delivery across teams, and apply governance frameworks to ensure program readiness and impact.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in transformation or management consulting, advanced facilitation skills, and proficiency with KPI measurement and data analysis.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading cross-functional transformation projects.
• Experience defining program structure, governance, business cases, KPI measurement and benchmarking.
• Lead executive steering committees or QBRs; manage stakeholders and finances.
• PMI/PMP certification preferred; Lean Six Sigma or equivalent improvement framework.
• Change management experience; management consulting background.
• Advanced facilitation skills; ability to drive consensus across leaders.
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the definition of business/operations strategy by engaging senior leaders.
• Lead cross-functional transformation projects and implement solutions across teams.
• Apply frameworks to evaluate readiness, develop action plans and mobilize programs.
• Evaluate and analyze data to support strategy and operational improvements.
• Re-engineer processes to reduce waste and increase accountability for sustainable change.
• Define and execute change management initiatives including stakeholder assessments and communications.
• Foster organization-wide collaboration and engage senior stakeholders.
