Job summary

PeopleCert is hiring an Online Exams & Customer Experience Assistant to deliver top-tier service while upholding exam integrity. You will support candidates, testing centers, and stakeholders via email, chat, and phone, and oversee online proctoring with strict adherence to rules.

In this role, you’ll handle exam registrations, scheduling, results processing, and back-office tasks, collaborating across teams to optimize processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline is a plus.
• Previous experience in a similar role is an asset.
• Experience in certification or training fields is advantageous.
• Excellent command of English (native-like or C2 level).
• Advanced computer literacy; ECDL Advance is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Willingness to work 24/7 rotating shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary customer service to candidates, testing centers, and stakeholders across email, chat, and phone.
• Oversee secure exam conduct and enforce rules to maintain integrity.
• Process exam registrations, scheduling, and results; keep records updated.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency.
• Work in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment across multiple time zones.
