Prometric in San Diego is seeking a Test Center Administrator to be the face of our test center operations. You will verify candidate identification, monitor exams, and uphold strict policies to ensure exam integrity while delivering a positive candidate experience.

Our TCA role offers a dynamic, team-based environment with varied shifts and open scheduling. Candidates should have strong customer service skills, experience with MS Office, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college experience a plus.
• Minimum of one year of customer service experience, in person.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsabilités

• Greet examinees and verify identification.
• Maintain exam security and monitor candidates.
• Apply test center policies and procedures.
• Assist with fingerprint identification if applicable.
• Provide a fair and comfortable testing experience.
