Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, at least one year of customer service experience, and familiarity with Windows-based software. Schedule varies, with potential for expanded hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain expert knowledge of test center policies and procedures.
• Greet examinees and verify identification.
• Perform security checks including wand scans.
• Monitor candidates throughout exams and ensure integrity.
• Resolve candidate issues with urgency and tact.
• Maintain a secure testing environment and materials.
• Ensure a fair and comfortable testing experience for all examinees.
• Report occurrences outside company guidelines.
• Be flexible with scheduling based on Prometric days of operations.
• Represent Prometric's vision and values.
• Safeguard the test center from misconduct.
