Job summary

Precision Medicine Group is seeking an Executive Director, Project Management - Oncology to lead a global PM team and drive strategy for pivotal oncology programs. This remote US role focuses on delivering studies on time, within scope and budget, in collaboration with senior leadership and sponsors.

The ideal candidate has 15+ years in clinical research with extensive project leadership, strong GCP/ICH knowledge, and a proven ability to manage complex, multinational trials and ensure regulatory

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in science/health; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 15 years in clinical research with project leadership experience.
• Working knowledge of GCP/ICH guidelines and the clinical development process.

Responsibilities

• Lead Directors, Project Directors and PMs to plan and deliver studies on a global platform.
• Direct and manage collaboration within a team of Directors, PMs, and other leaders.
• Provide oversight on programs including large, complex trials.
• Interact with study sponsors as escalation point beyond PM.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, regulatory requirements and governance.
