Elavon, a subsidiary of U.S. Bank, is seeking a Product Leader to shape the future of the Global Omni-Commerce payments platform. You will manage a global team of Product Managers and translate strategy into execution with cross-functional partners across technology.

The ideal candidate has 12+ years in payments tech, deep knowledge of omni-commerce, APIs, and cloud-native architectures, and proven ability to drive roadmaps, OKRs, and compliant delivery at scale.

Qualifications

• Typically 10+ years of relevant experience in product management, payments, treasury management, transaction banking, financial services, or related roles.
• Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Define & coordinate a multi-year strategic global Omni-Commerce vision and size the potential opportunity.
• Drive product roadmaps, technology blueprint, product prioritization, execution and support across all aspects of the Omni-commerce Payments experience and developing and adapting over time as required which includes: in-person payment experience, traditional swipe/EMV card payments, mobile/digital wallet, contactless, QR code, Android CPOC, iOS 'Tap to Pay', remote payment experiences, eCommerce, invoicing, 'Buy-Now-Pay-Later, recurring, ACH and real-time payments.
• Lead your team in breaking your vision down into measurable, meaningful milestones for the progressive delivery of an omni-commerce payments experience.
• Use metrics & competitive analysis to inform your point of view and leverage analytics to measure success & influence direction.
• Drive the enforcement of compliance, internally with organizational policy and security guidelines and externally in line with PCI standards, card scheme regulations, local government policy, etc.
• Lead and/or support cross-functional working groups and forums designed to guide the direction of omni-commerce capabilities.
