HP Inc. seeks an OEM Technical Customer Manager to lead technical program management for global OEM accounts within the Advanced Compute Solutions group.

You will align customer needs with HP capabilities and drive cross-functional collaboration with engineering, sales, and services. In this role you’ll act as a trusted advisor, provide roadmap and planning insights, and shepherd initiatives from pre-sales to post-launch while navigating ambiguous environments and delivering measurable outcomes

Qualifications

• 7+ years in enterprise sales or business development.
• 3+ years in Data Science, Analytics, or BI preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Masters preferred in Business Administration or a technical field.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical lead for global OEM accounts.
• Provide roadmap and planning insights (platform, commodity, regulatory).
• Support sales teams during customer engagements and visits.
• Act as a pre-sales technical consultant for Advanced Compute Solutions.
• Lead change management efforts (SCRs, lifecycle influence, LTB planning).
• Navigate and resolve “grey space” where processes are undefined or inconsistent.
• Maintain active engagement with CSS engineering to support current and future development.
• Create and deliver roadmap and planning content.
• Define Lifecycle Agreements and draft Long-Life documentation.
• Lead internal cadence across HP’s Big 3 teams.
• Drive customer NPI projects and integration into Custom Services (CIS).
• Interface between OEM and HP R&D teams.
