HP's OEM team within Personal Systems serves OEM customers worldwide, delivering tailored solutions that empower their intellectual property across Healthcare & Life Sciences, Industrial & Manufacturing, Transportation & Logistics, and Media & Entertainment.
The OEM Technical Customer Manager is a strategic and technical leader responsible for providing white-glove program management and technical consultation to HP's top OEM accounts.
Qualifications
- Minimum 7+ years in enterprise sales or business development.
- Preferred: 3+ years in Data Science, Analytics, or Business Intelligence.
- Bachelor's degree required; Masters preferred in Business Admin or technical field.
Responsibilities
- Serve as technical lead for global OEM accounts and coordinate roadmap planning.
- Provide platform, commodity, and regulatory insights to customers.
- Support sales teams during customer engagements and visits.
- Act as pre-sales technical consultant for Advanced Compute Solutions.
- Lead change management and lifecycle planning initiatives.
- Navigate ambiguous processes and drive standardization.
- Maintain engagement with CSS engineering for current/future development.
- Create and deliver roadmap and planning content.
- Draft Lifecycle Agreements and long-life documentation.
- Lead internal cadence across HP's Big 3 teams.
- Drive OEM-NPI projects and integration into Custom Services.
- Interface between OEM and HP R&D teams.
