  • Navigate and resolve "grey space" where processes are undefined or inconsistent.
  • Maintain active engagement with CSS engineering to support current and future development.
  • Create and deliver roadmap and planning content.
  • Define Lifecycle Agreements and draft Long-Life documentation.
  • Lead internal cadence across HP's Big 3 teams.
  • Drive customer NPI projects and integration into Custom Services (CIS).
  • Interface between OEM and HP R&D teams.
About You
  • Structured and proactive problem-solver who thrives in ambiguity.
  • Deeply customer-curious with strong relationship-building skills.
  • Technically fluent and comfortable engaging with engineers and developers.
  • Persuasive communicator who uses data to influence decisions.
  • Collaborative leader who thrives in a matrixed organization.
  • Passionate change agent who inspires continuous improvement.
  • Accountable owner who takes initiative and shares success.
  • Resilient and results-driven, regardless of scale or complexity.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills across all organizational levels.
  • Experienced in program management and strategic planning.
  • Able to balance customer collaboration with assertive decision-making.
Education and Experience
  • Minimum 7+ years in enterprise sales or business development.
  • Preferred: 3+ years in Data Science, Analytics, or Business Intelligence.
