DP World in Los Angeles is seeking an Ocean Pricing Sales Specialist to support our sales executives across branches, accelerating growth and ensuring a positive customer experience.

The role requires strong communication, in-depth market intelligence and Freight Forwarding operational experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide seamless service and competitive quotations, delivering outstanding customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Strong knowledge of Freight Forwarding operations and processes.
• Experience coordinating solutions and customer projects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with CRM and MS Office.
• 4+ years in a sales or customer-facing role within Freight Forwarding.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact between internal DP teams and client.
• Collaborate with sales to assist in sales strategies, quoting, and account management.
• Maintain regular communication with Sales Executives, providing customer service and addressing inquiries promptly.
• Prepare and submit accurate and competitive quotations in line with DP World's standards.
• Work with operations, finance, and logistics to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Address and resolve shipment-related issues or discrepancies.
• Contribute to customer QBR preparation and delivery.
• Assist in training team members on systems and processes.
• Develop scalable implementation programs for customer types.
