DP World is seeking an Ocean Pricing Sales Specialist in the United States, Miami region. The role supports sales executives across branches, emphasizing market intelligence and strong freight forwarding operations knowledge to accelerate growth and ensure superior customer experience.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Freight Forwarding operations and processes.
• Experience coordinating solutions and customer projects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team.
• 4+ years in a sales or customer-facing role within Freight Forwarding.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main point of contact between DP teams and client.
• Assist in development and execution of sales strategies, quotes, and account management.
• Maintain regular communication with Sales Executives and address inquiries.
• Prepare and submit accurate, competitive quotations.
• Coordinate with operations, finance, and logistics for service delivery.
• Address shipment discrepancies and customer issues.
• Contribute to QBR preparation and delivery.
• Assist in training team on systems and processes.
• Develop scalable implementations for customer types.
