Responsibilities

• Act as the main contact between internal DP teams and client.

• Prepare accurate and competitive quotations aligned with DP World's pricing and standards.
• Collaborate with operations, finance, and logistics to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Address and resolve shipment-related issues or discrepancies.
• Assist in training team members on systems and processes.
• Develop scalable implementations for different customer types.
