Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in imports or combination of education and expertise required.
• Knowledge of US customs laws, practices and procedures preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive and track customer bookings/orders.
• Send shipping instructions overseas according to customer instructions or SOPs.
• Process Customs Entries and FDA related entries; classify invoices and file ISF entries.
• Coordinate entry and break bulk shipments; monitor releases and payments.
• Bill/invoice files to customers and ensure proper payment terms.
