Job summary

You will coordinate with carriers, brokers, and trucking companies, track shipments, and prepare documentation while ensuring compliance with trade regulations. Fluency in English and experience in ocean imports are preferred; proficiency with MS Office and logistics software is helpful.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in freight forwarding/logistics is preferred.
• Experience in ocean imports is highly desirable.
• Fluency in English is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage the importation of goods by ocean, including customs clearance and delivery to the final destination.
• Coordinate with carriers, customs brokers, and trucking companies to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Track shipments and provide updates to customers as needed.
• Prepare and submit required documentation for customs clearance, including commercial invoices, bills of lading, and other relevant paperwork.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws, including customs regulations and trade laws.
• Manage relationships with customers and provide exceptional customer service.
