Job summary

Qualifications

• Prior experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in ocean import and export is highly desirable
• Fluency in English is required

Responsibilities

• Manage importation of goods by ocean, including customs clearance and delivery to final destination
• Coordinate with carriers, customs brokers, and trucking companies to ensure timely delivery
• Prepare and process documentation for customs clearance, including invoices and packing lists
• Track shipments and provide regular updates to customers
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and laws
