Job summary

DSV Air & Sea Inc. is hiring a Freight Forwarder for Ocean Import in the Denver area.

You will manage ocean import shipments, coordinate with carriers and customs brokers, track cargo, and ensure on-time delivery while maintaining compliance with trade regulations and providing exceptional customer service. Qualifications include prior freight forwarding or logistics experience and knowledge of ocean imports; fluency in English and proficiency with MS Office and logistics software are preferred.

Qualifications

• Prior freight forwarding or logistics experience preferred.
• Experience in ocean imports highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage importation of goods by ocean, including customs clearance and delivery to final destination.
• Coordinate with carriers, customs brokers and trucking companies for timely delivery.
• Track shipments and provide updates to customers.
• Prepare and submit required documentation for customs clearance.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and trade laws.
• Maintain relationships with customers and provide excellent service.
