Job summary

Total Quality Logistics is seeking an International Logistics Coordinator for TQL Global in San Antonio. You will coordinate ocean shipments from booking through delivery, working with carriers, vendors and internal teams to ensure timely, accurate service and a high-quality customer experience.

This role requires a Bachelor’s in logistics or related field and 3–5 years in ocean operations, with strong knowledge of INCOTerms and freight documentation, plus proficiency in freight forwarding

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of ocean operations experience.
• Strong knowledge of ocean freight documentation and INCOTerms.
• Proficiency with freight forwarding software and MS Office.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple shipments concurrently and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage all aspects of ocean shipments from booking to delivery.
• Communicate with carriers and vendors to arrange shipment details.
• Prepare shipping documents like bills of lading and origin certificates.
• Ensure clearance and compliance; resolve issues.
• Track shipments and provide status updates.
• Maintain records using company systems.
• Support and resolve shipment inquiries with internal teams.
