Job summary

Columbia Grain International, LLC seeks a Global Forwarding Agent-Ocean Export to manage the full export process from order entry to final shipment. You will liaise with internal teams, freight forwarders, and customers to ensure accurate, on-time execution of international orders in a fast-paced, compliant environment.

The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and experience with export docs (BLs, AES/ITN) and ERP systems.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in export customer service, international logistics, or global supply chain.
• Proficiency with export documentation (BLs, invoices, AES/ITN, phytosanitary).
• Experience with ERP systems and MS Office; Navisphere familiarity a plus.
• Strong communication, follow-up and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of INCOTERMS and international shipping regulations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee export process from order entry to documentation and shipment.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely execution.
• Review contracts, monitor shipment statuses and submit required documentation.
• Enter and maintain orders in ERP, track regulatory and customer compliance.
• Support daily sales activities and assist with account management and logistics coordination.
