Job summary

JLL in Armonk, NY is seeking a Director of Global Occupancy Planning & Management to lead strategic space planning across APAC, LATAM, and AMER regions.

You will drive data-driven programs, manage a multi-regional team, and partner with client real estate teams to align space strategy with portfolio objectives.

This role requires 8–15 years of leadership in corporate real estate and a track record of budgeting and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Architecture, Design, Construction Management, or related field required; MBA preferred
• 8–15 years of corporate experience with leadership responsibility

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic oversight of multiple regions while driving consistency and excellence across global real estate portfolios
• Manage global occupancy planning account budget across APAC, LATAM, and AMER
• Lead and manage a global team of occupancy planners across three regions
• Drive space planning and data management programs to align with real estate and workplace objectives
