Qualifications

• Requires establishing and leading a global Order-to-Cash function to support product launch and growth.
• Partners with Commercial, Supply Chain, Market Access, Legal, Accounting, and external trading partners to drive alignment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee O2C policies, KPIs, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Oversee execution of customer terms, rebates, and related activities with adherence to policies.
• Establish ERP best practices to optimize O2C processes and drive automation.
