Job summary

McCormick & Company, Incorporated seeks an Order to Cash Global Delivery Lead to drive end-to-end O2C processes from our Global Headquarters in Hunt Valley, MD in a hybrid 50/50 setup. You will lead a global team, optimize performance, and ensure superior customer experience across regions including North America, Latin America, EMEA and India.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Management or related field.
• Minimum 7 years leading a global client, service or customer-oriented function.
• Minimum 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Experience in continuous improvement and multiple projects.
• 5+ years in Order to Cash processes.
• Knowledge of best practices across Order to Cash.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, inventory management, warehousing and distribution.

Responsibilities

• Lead a global team across Customer Order Solutions, Accounts Receivable, and Credit & Risk (200+ staff).
• Drive Best in Class performance for the O2C organization.
• Deliver annual objectives: Customer intimacy, cost optimization, KPIs and service targets.
• Communicate performance to key stakeholders; monitor budgets and forecasts.
• Identify remediation plans for service delivery issues and drive automation.
