Creative Financial Staffing, LLC is seeking an Order to Cash Manager in Madison, WI, to establish and lead a global O2C function aligned with product launches and growth strategy.

The role partners with Commercial, Supply Chain, Legal, and Accounting to drive process excellence, policy development, and ERP optimization, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and scalability across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• MBA/CPA welcomed and advantageous.
• Experience in Bio-Tech, Life Sciences, or similar industries may be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Establish, lead, and scale the global Order-to-Cash function to support product launches and growth.
• Partner with Commercial, Supply Chain, Market Access, Legal, Accounting, and external partners to drive alignment and excellence.
• Develop, implement, and oversee O2C policies, KPIs, and continuous improvement initiatives for efficiency and accuracy.
• Oversee execution of commercial agreements, terms, rebates, and related activities with compliance to policies.
• Implement ERP best practices to optimize O2C processes and standardize automation.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ORDER TO CASH MANAGER:

• Establish, lead, and scale the global Order-to-Cash (O2C) function to support the company’s initial commercial product launch and enable future business growth and expansion.
• Serve as a strategic business partner to Commercial, Supply Chain, Market Access, Legal, Accounting, and external trading partners to drive cross-functional alignment and operational excellence.
• Develop, implement, and oversee O2C policies, procedures, key performance indicators (KPIs), and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness.
• Oversee the operational execution of commercial agreements, customer terms, rebate programs, and related activities, ensuring accuracy, compliance with company policies, and alignment with business objectives.
• Establish and implement ERP system best practices to optimize O2C processes, strengthen internal controls, improve data integrity, and drive process standardization and automation.

EXPERIENCE PREFERRED FOR THE ORDER TO CASH MANAGER:

• Bachelors in Accounting, Finance, or other areas
• MBA/CPA Welcomed
• Experience in Bio-Tech, Life Sciences, or similar industries
• Order to Cash or Shared Services industry experience
• MS Dynamics D365
