Job summary

Carex Consulting Group is partnering with a pharmaceutical industry partner to identify a strategic and experienced Manager, Order-to-Cash (O2C). The role will help establish, lead, and scale a global O2C function in support of an initial commercial product launch and future growth initiatives.

As a key member of the Finance organization, you will optimize O2C operations, govern end-to-end revenue cycles, and implement processes, systems, and controls with SOX compliance.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years in O2C, Revenue Operations, or related finance ops.
• Experience building and scaling O2C in regulated industries.
• Knowledge of end-to-end revenue cycles and SOX.
• ERP implementations or finance transformation, preferably Dynamics 365.
• Ability to develop scalable processes and improve efficiency.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Develop global O2C strategy, operating model, and roadmap.
• Scale O2C processes to support expansion and new launches.
• Maintain O2C policies and performance metrics.
• Partner with Commercial, Market Access, and Finance leadership.
• Operationalize customer terms, rebates, and contracts.
• Lead O2C governance within Dynamics 365 and related systems.
• Drive automation via EDI, workflow, integrations.
• Collaborate to strengthen end-to-end revenue cycle visibility.
• Support SOX compliance across O2C activities.
