Job summary

GE Vernova, Inc. is seeking an experienced Nuclear Outage Services Leader to own the P&L and operational success of the Outage Services business.

You will lead a large, multidisciplinary team to execute approximately 24 nuclear outages annually, driving financial performance, technical excellence, and long-term product strategy. The role requires travel up to 70% domestically and internationally, with the work location at our Headquarters in Wilmington, NC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field; 10+ years in nuclear industry with increasing complexity OR 15+ years with growth in roles.
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience with Nuclear Maintenance Projects.
• Minimum 5 years of demonstrated experience overseeing P&L, budgeting, and financial performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of ~24 nuclear outages per year across domestic and international sites.
• Own the Outage Services P&L and drive profitability for the Field Services Delivery Team.
• Lead and mentor a ~150-person organization including 12 direct-reports.
• Define lifecycle strategy for all Outage Services product lines (4 Inspection Services, 4 BWR maintenance lines).
• Oversee commercial operations input during the Inquiry-to-Order and Order-to-Remittance phases.
• Engage with industry groups (BWRVIP, NDE teams) and foster customer relationships.
• Champion productivity improvements and new tooling/technology to sustain competitive edge.
