Job summary
GE Vernova seeks a Mid-Range Tiger Team Technician to support outages and cross-functional projects at customer nuclear power plants. You will be a subject matter expert in In Vessel Inspections and Reactor Maintenance, guiding outages and training teams across multiple sites, including Wilmington, NC and San Jose, CA.
The role requires travel up to 75% domestically and internationally, with supervisory and leadership duties, and a focus on delivering high-quality, compliant results for gvh
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of five (5) years of technical experience in GE Hitachi Nuclear Field Services core functions.
- RST Level II Certification.
- IVVI Tooling Operator Qualified.
- GVH Fuel Moving Certification or GVH Vessel Technician Qualified.
Responsibilities
- Support multiple (4-6) Refueling Outages per year at various customer owned plants both domestically and internationally.
- Perform maintenance and/or inspections responsibilities in your area of expertise, delivering outage support.
- Perform supervisory responsibilities as necessary in your area of expertise.
- Instruct GVH Technical Training courses to further develop new technicians.
- Support Product Line activities including proposal development, product development, growth initiatives, and training development & implementation.
