Responsibilities

• Provide direct oversight to Overwatch Tooling Refurbishments.
• Seek new technologies to upgrade aging tooling fleet.
• Support Capital Investment strategy for fleet expansion in BWR and PWR markets.
• Continually improve Overwatch processes.
• Lead tooling conceptual design and field delivery.
• Provide technical direction to craft labor during outages.
• Be single point of contact for Outage execution.
• Lead training courses and build field execution teams.
