Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from an accredited institution.
• 5 years of experience in new product development or product sustaining of industrial/mechanical products.
• 3 years of experience as a leader of people.

Responsibilities

• Lead MCCB engineering team focusing on NPD, product line extensions, performance improvements, and certification.
• Drive MCCB innovation activities and roadmapping through technical guidance and prioritization.
• Direct resources to resolve issues related to yield, quality, warranty, and component performance.
• Analyze KPIs, develop action plans, and manage schedules and budgets.
• Ensure use of standard design principles and compliance with certifications (UL, IEC, CSA, etc.).
• Supervise reports, conduct performance reviews, and coordinate with plant and design centers.
