Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) Worldwide Personal Systems New Product Introduction Account Management Lead in Spring, TX oversees cross-functional coordination between WW Marketing, Studios, and business units to ensure timely and high-quality NPI launches.

You will translate creative briefs, manage timelines, forecast budgets, and drive process improvements using Workfront data, while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in marketing, communications, business or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in marketing, agency, or integrated communications environments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for WW Marketing, BUs, markets, and Centers of Excellence.
• Translate creative briefs for clarity and alignment to successful delivery.
• Define timelines and deliver plans with project managers for non-standard work.
• Lead day-to-day project oversight and ensure scope, timelines, and deliverables are met.
• Review outputs to meet strategic intent and creative quality standards.
• Forecast budgets, manage financial processes, and support monthly/quarterly closes.
