Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Product Management, Program Management, Marketing, Operations, Engineering, or New Product Introduction.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional product introduction or go-to-market programs on a global scale.
• Experience across hardware, software, solutions, and services businesses.

Responsibilities

• Owns and continuously improves end-to-end NPI process across all product development and launch phases.
• Establishes governance, timelines, readiness reviews, milestone tracking, and escalation processes.
• Coordinates cross-functional activities to ensure successful execution and executive readiness reviews.
• Leads launch activities for new hardware, software, solutions, and portfolio updates.
