HP, Inc. seeks an Office NPI and Launch Readiness Manager to lead the NPI and Launch Readiness team for the Office Print business, coordinating across Product Management, Engineering, Marketing, and Operations worldwide.

Qualifications

Four-year or graduate degree in business, engineering, or related field.
10+ years of experience in product management, program management, marketing, operations, engineering, or NPI.
Experience leading complex cross-functional product introduction or go-to-market programs on a global scale.
Experience across hardware, software, solutions, and services preferred.

Responsibilities

Owns end-to-end NPI process across all product development and launch phases.
Establishes governance, timelines, readiness reviews, milestone tracking, and escalation.
Owns tools and processes for product introductions, launch calendars, and executive reporting.
Coordinates cross-functional activities to ensure successful execution.
Drives risk management, issue resolution, and escalation throughout the NPI cycle.
Ensures launch deliverables are completed on schedule and supports executive reviews.
Leads launch activities for new hardware, software, solutions, and services.
Develops launch narratives and proof points with PM and Marketing.
Coordinates launch support for customer events and executive briefings.
Ensures aligned external communications across products, solutions, and markets.
