Insight Global is seeking an experienced NPI Program Manager to drive global product introductions and market expansions. The role emphasizes execution, operational readiness, and cross‑functional coordination across product, engineering, marketing, sales, and post‑sales teams to ensure scalable, customer-ready launches worldwide.

The ideal candidate has led launches for physical products and/or software/service offerings and can translate strategy into actionable delivery plans with post‑sales

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in program management working with NPI and product launches.
• Proven experience driving execution for new product launches or market expansions.
• Strong operational mindset focused on readiness, execution and delivery.
• Ability to lead complex, cross-functional programs without direct authority.
• Experience with global teams and managing global launches.
• Experience supporting new physical products and/or software/service offerings.
• Background working with post-sales/CX/service organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution for new product introductions (NPI) and launches into new global markets.
• Drive operational readiness for launches, ensuring playbooks, processes and enablement are in place prior to launch.
• Manage detailed program plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and launch readiness criteria.
• Ensure launches meet quality, timing, and scalability requirements.
• Partner with teams defining service and support strategy for new products.
• Translate service strategy into executable delivery plans across post-sales organizations.
• Ensure post-sales support environments are launch-ready.
