Job summary
Apple Inc. is seeking a NPI Readiness Program Manager to own end-to-end launch readiness for new product introductions across Retail and Online channels. You will coordinate worldwide and regional teams to identify dependencies, drive alignment, and ensure successful launches with data-driven decisions.
The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in program management, operations, or supply chain, with a proven ability to influence stakeholders and lead complex, global programs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; 5+ years in PM, operations, or supply chain.
- Experience leading complex global programs in NPI, order management, or logistics.
- Ability to influence stakeholders and present effectively to executive teams.
- Structured problem solving in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end launch readiness for new product introductions across Retail and Online channels.
- Coordinate WW and regional teams to identify, track, and resolve dependencies before launches.
- Define launch strategies, build execution plans, and align cross-functional teams.
- Build and maintain communications to keep partners globally aligned on launch status and decisions.
- Drive post-launch analysis to identify root causes and drive process improvements.
