Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with seven (7) or more years of experience in Supply Chain, Purchasing, or a related field OR an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Ability to travel up to 25%, including internationally
• Advanced degree and certifications (MBA, CSCP, CPSM) are a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing GPSC team, fostering trust and engagement
• Provide mentorship, set clear priorities, and cultivate collaboration across the organization
• Drive positive employee engagement and retention with a People First mindset
• Strengthen the team’s project management capability to proactively identify, assess, and mitigate program risks
• Complete Talent Spotlights, maintain succession plans, and define individualized development plans
• Benchmark, define, and implement an evolved GPSC operating structure for better execution and agility
• Own and drive program KPIs (Time-to-RFQ, Time-to-Source, Gates-on-Time, Cost-at-Gate) to deliver on-time, on-cost programs
• Support next-generation platforms and regionalization initiatives in partnership with Engineering and Product Management
• Identify opportunities to capture IP and enhance first-mover advantage
