Oshkosh Corporation seeks a Manager - Purchasing, New Product Development / Introduction (NPD/NPI) to lead the GPSC team in North America, partnering with Global Product Development, Engineering, Product Management and Finance. You will drive early cost prediction, risk mitigation and cross-functional alignment across programs.

The role focuses on delivering on-time, on-cost programs, securing IP opportunities, and building a scalable operating structure with a strong People First culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Procurement or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Purchasing, or related field; travel up to 25% internationally.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing GPSC team of ~9 professionals, fostering trust and collaboration.
• Define and drive program KPIs (Time-to-RFQ, Time-to-Source, Gates-on-Time, Cost-at-Gate).
• Partner with Category Management to align sourcing with program milestones and drive cost efficiency.
