Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years in Supply Chain, Purchasing, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Ability to travel up to 25%, including internationally.
• Strong leadership and program-management experience leading cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead a nine-person GPSC team, fostering trust, ownership, and a collaborative culture.
• Provide mentorship, set clear priorities, and drive continuous improvement across the NPD/NPI GPSC organization.
• Drive employee engagement and retention with a People First mindset.
• Strengthen the team’s project management capabilities and proactively identify and mitigate program risks.
• Define individualized development plans and succession for each team member.
• Benchmark and implement an evolved GPSC operating structure for better execution and agility.
• Own and drive KPIs like Time-to-RFQ, Time-to-Source, Gates-on-Time, and Cost-at-Gate.
