Qualifications

• 2+ years in a dedicated sourcing role with proactive sourcing as a primary responsibility.
• Proven success sourcing candidates for technical roles and able to discuss positions supported, strategies used, challenges overcome, and measurable results.
• Experience using AI-assisted sourcing platforms or similar recruiting technology, with judgment on when to rely on automation vs. manual sourcing.
• Strong technical aptitude to evaluate resumes and understand core engineering disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Own top-of-funnel outcomes: response rate, resume evaluation pass rate, and pipeline volume; diagnose them independently.
• Develop sourcing strategy for niche technical roles (backend, infra, PM, solution architect).
• Partner with hiring managers, calibrate, push back on unrealistic profiles, bring market reality to the business.
• Use your own methods and adapt outreach; create reusable assets (market maps, search libraries, trackers, SOPs).
• Maintain and grow pipelines with proactive, outbound-focused sourcing.
