Job summary

TikTok is hiring a Talent Acquisition Sourcer to support Local Services' US market entry and build the operations team from the ground up. The role ensures world-class candidate experience, coordinating interviews, communicating clearly with candidates, and maintaining precise ATS records.

As a temporary six-month assignment through a third-party agency, you will partner with recruiters and stakeholders, manage pipelines, and contribute to process improvements while eligible for contracting

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant sourcing experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Experience with sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and other social media, or technical forums.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule complex interviews across departments, managers, and time zones.
• Serve as primary candidate contact for interview logistics and timely communications.
• Maintain and update candidate information in the ATS with high accuracy.
• Support recruiters in candidate management, interviewing, and sourcing across departments.
• Help track candidate pipelines and ensure smooth progression through the interview process.
• Identify opportunities to improve recruiting operations and efficiency.
