Job summary

TikTok is seeking a Non-Technical Sourcer for HR & Management in New York. This is a 6-month temporary assignment managed by a third-party agency; you will be employed by the agency while supporting TikTok initiatives.

You will partner with recruiters and leaders to design innovative sourcing strategies, build diverse pipelines, and conduct outreach across global markets to fill high-impact non-technical roles.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while partnering with regional and global stakeholders.
• Strong time-management and organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to work across global time zones.
• Proficiency with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with high accountability and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies for high-impact non-technical roles across global markets.
• Proactively source passive and active candidates through multiple channels with focus on quality and speed.
• Build and maintain diverse talent pipelines for current and future openings.
• Conduct outreach, pre-screening conversations, and candidate interviews to assess fit and interest.
• Conduct market and organizational mapping to provide insights into target org structures and talents.
• Deliver market intelligence and sourcing insights to inform recruiting strategies and stakeholder decisions.
• Maintain accurate tracking in ATS and sourcing tools.
• Ensure a high-touch candidate experience and promote TikTok's EVP.
