Job summary

GNC Holdings, LLC is seeking an experienced Sr. Manager Global Product Development to supervise a team of project managers across new product development, from ideation to commercialization, ensuring scope, budget and timing targets are met.

You will oversee product timelines, costs, vendor bids and cross-functional collaboration with Brand, Product Design, Sourcing, Packaging, Quality, Legal and Manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, supply chain, or related field.
• 15+ years in product development or project management in consumer health packaged goods.
• MBA and PMP preferred.
• Strong analytical, budgeting, and scheduling skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee projects from ideation to commercialization for GNC products.
• Lead cross-functional teams including design, sourcing, QA and packaging.
• Develop and manage project timelines and budgets.
• Conduct cost analyses and negotiate with vendors.
• Mentor staff and drive process improvements.
