Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb seeks a Senior Director, Global Clinical Development, Neuroscience to lead the clinical development plan and trials for neurodegenerative/neuropsychiatric programs. You will mentor teams, design studies, and ensure regulatory alignment across the asset portfolio.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a relevant field (MD or MD/PhD).
• Fellowship/specialty training in the therapeutic area is preferred.
• Minimum 7+ years of relevant discovery, translational and/or clinical research experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the clinical point of accountability for the Clinical Development Team and the overall clinical development plan.
• Provide leadership and matrix management to develop, motivate and achieve results through teams.
• Lead clinical trial design, regulatory strategy and biomarker development in neuroscience.
