Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Senior Manager, Global Clinical Scientist to provide scientific expertise for designing and delivering clinical studies and programs. You will design trial activities, may lead trials, and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including external partners, to advance development programs.

The role requires a Life Sciences degree with knowledge of GCP/ICH, drug development, statistics and medical writing, and involves domestic and international travel.

Qualifications

• Degree in Life Sciences or equivalent (MD/PhD/PharmD/MS preferred).
• Basic knowledge of GCP/ICH and drug development process.
• Ability to understand assigned protocol(s) and their requirements.
• Intermediate medical writing skills and terminology.
• Basic planning/project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute assigned clinical trial activities and collaborate with the clinical team.
• May serve as Clinical Trial Lead for one or more trials.
• May lead or support trial-level activities with supervision.
• Co-lead study team meetings with governance and cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with external partners (e.g., KOLs) and supply updates to management.
• Develop Protocol and ICF documents and present to governance meetings.
• Submit clinical documents to TMF and regulatory submissions.
