Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb seeks a Director, Global Clinical Physician (Neuroscience) to lead medical monitoring and clinical development for multiple CNS studies. This role requires MD and 5+ years of industry or trial experience, with strong leadership and collaboration across teams.

You will design protocols, oversee safety and efficacy assessments, and interact with Health Authorities. Domestic and international travel may be required, with a hybrid onsite arrangement at our Cambridge facility.

Qualifications

• MD required (or x-US equivalent).
• 5+ years of industry and/or clinical trials experience.
• Ability to communicate clearly and lead presentations in scientific settings.
• Strong leadership skills and teamwork.
• Subspecialty training in applicable therapeutic area desired.
• Expertise in the drug development process.
• Experience with protocol development and safety oversight.
