Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb in New Jersey is seeking a Senior Manager, Global Clinical Scientist to design and deliver neuroscience clinical studies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to execute trial activities and co-lead study teams as needed.

The role emphasizes protocol development, data review, regulatory contributions, and strong communication skills in a fast-paced environment with domestic and international travel.

Qualifications

• GCP/ICH knowledge, drug development process, study design, statistics and clinical operations are required.
• Ability to understand assigned protocol(s) and their requirements.
• Basic data review and trend identification skills.
• Intermediate medical writing skills and medical terminology.
• Basic planning/project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with external partners (e.g., KOLs).
• Develop Protocol and ICF documents/amendments and present to governance committees.
• Submit clinical documents to TMF.
• Develop site and CRA training materials for SIVs and investigator meetings.
• Submit clinical contributions to CSRs and regulatory documents.
