Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking an Associate Director, Global Clinical Science (Neuroscience) to lead assigned clinical trial activities and provide scientific leadership within a matrix CS team. This role involves collaboration across functions, protocol development, and external partnerships to advance neuroscience programs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in clinical science, clinical research, or equivalent.
• GCP/ICH knowledge, drug development process, study design, statistics, clinical operations.
• Support data review, trend identification, and data interpretation.
• Knowledge of data monitoring committees, dose review teams, and independent adjudication committees.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of study startup/conduct/close-out activities.
• Co-lead study team meetings and provide scientific leadership to the CS team.
• Collaborate with external partners for scientific advice and CROs.
• Draft/validate clinical study reports and regulatory document sections (IB, DSUR).
• Develop and manage trial budgets and CRO scope of work.
