Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking an Associate Director, Global Clinical Science in neuroscience to lead trial activities, design studies, and provide scientific leadership to the Clinical Scientists.

You will oversee startup through close-out, collaborate with cross-functional teams, monitor data trends, and contribute to regulatory documents. Domestic and international travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Life Sciences (MD, PhD, PharmD, MS, RN or other scientific field preferred)
• 5+ years of experience in clinical science, clinical research, or equivalent
• Proficient knowledge of GCP/ICH, drug development process, study design, statistics, clinical operations
• Proficient knowledge and skills to support program specific data review, trend identification, data interpretation

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage trial startup/conduct/close-out activities
• Provide scientific leadership to a team of Clinical Scientists
• Collaborate with cross-functional study teams and external partners for scientific advice
• Develop clinical narratives and CSR drafting/review
• Support clinical development planning with data provision and analysis
