Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise seeks an Internal Communications Manager for HPE Networking. This hybrid role partners with the team to drive networking narratives, manage internal events and channels, and support executive communications with global reach.

The position requires 7+ years in employee communications or related fields, strong writing and presentation skills, and comfort working with senior leaders in a technology-focused environment. Office presence two+ days weekly is expected.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in communications or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 7+ years in employee communications, journalism or marketing.
• Experience supporting top executive leadership, global technology preferred.
• Strong writing, editing and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and evaluate programs to inform, engage and inspire HPE Networking team members globally.
• Drive content for internal events, meetings and newsletters.
• Manage VivaEngage channels and periodic email newsletters with editorial calendars.
• Lead networking executive communications' contribution to cross-team initiatives.
• Support annual and quarterly planning for the Networking executive communications team.
