Job summary

• Capability to handle escalations and complex incidents.

Responsibilities

• Network Monitoring And Incident Troubleshooting
• Manage and support Data, Voice, Security, and Wireless networking systems globally in a Network Operations Center
• Monitor and respond to alarms for core UR systems
• Manage high priority outage bridges, coordinating resources and suppliers, while keeping IT leadership informed
• Support inbound escalations from the helpdesk and NOC technicians
• Work with the broader IT team to troubleshoot complex issues
