Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking a Director of Network Data & Voice to lead strategy, architecture, and operations for a large healthcare network. You will oversee networking, unified communications, telecom services, and contact center technologies across hospitals, data centers, and remote locations.

The role requires a proven leader of leaders, deep enterprise networking expertise, and strong financial and vendor-management skills.

Qualifications

10+ years of progressive leadership overseeing enterprise network and communications infrastructure.
Experience leading large technical organizations and managing managers.
Experience with geographically distributed enterprise environments with thousands of users and hundreds of locations.

Responsibilities

Direct strategy, architecture, engineering, and operations for a large-scale enterprise network.
Lead LAN, WAN, WLAN, data center networking, and connectivity services.
Manage enterprise firewall environments and security infrastructure.
Oversee network modernization, circuit optimization, and carrier management.
Own the enterprise Unified Communications strategy, including CUCM and contact center technologies.
Lead voice migrations and SIP trunking initiatives.
Drive adoption of AI-enabled customer engagement solutions.
Ensure highly available voice and contact center services.
Develop multi-year roadmaps for network and communications platforms.
Manage multi-million-dollar budgets and vendor partnerships.
Lead teams of managers, engineers, and technicians.
